One time I missed the school bus, however this was not any usual absent day. I was told at school that if I miss another day of school, the government would fine my mom 2000 dollars. My mom’s friend was leaving to work and she asked me if I was going to school. I said that I wasn’t because I missed the bus. She asked me where my school was and when I told her where it was, she said it is on my way to work. “I can take you there if you want” she said. Luckily she took me to school that day and my mom did not loose any money.
